Send product feedback, report a bug, ask a question, flag documentation, or make a privacy request. The form will ask which one applies.
Agent connections
Search and record retrieval work without an account. Writes need an account token or an approved OAuth grant carrying the right scope. Setup for Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP clients is on the connection page, and the tool contract is in the MCP docs.
When a write fails, check the API health endpoint first. A 401 means the token is missing or expired; a 403 means the grant lacks the scope for that tool.
Record disputes
For a duplicate or a contested status, send the canonical URLs of both records and a short account of the mathematical difference between them. Merges preserve both permanent IDs and redirect the merged page, so citations keep resolving. The full procedure is in the contribution policies.
Security reports
Include the affected endpoint and safe reproduction steps. Leave out live secrets.
